Eyeliner
Long-lasting eyeliner and doesn't smudge once set. Easily buildable too. This eyeliner pencil is very pigmented and it glides easily on the lids.
Perfectly glides
I love this range of eye pencils from Kiko. I think they're very beginner friendly, the product is very creamy and they're very easy to apply. There is a wide variety of colors for all tastes and likes. I like to apply them in the waterline and on the eyelids as well, but they do need to be set with a similar color eye-shadow to avoid transfer/smudging. I highly recommend the blue shades, 10/10 f0r the pigment.
