How To Use:

PRIMER
Apply the product with the flocked applicator onto the skin of the eye area, dabbing gently until absorbed.

EYESHADOW
Apply the product to the eyelid using the flocked applicator and blend with your fingertips or with the brush before it dries. For a more intense result, allow the product to dry completely before applying a second coat.
